The purpose of this project is to promote mindfulness and emotional awareness to enhance individuals' well-being. This will be achieved through the use of a collection of scented candles called Flow (心流), emotional wheel stickers (情緒感受輪 - 色階小圓貼), and an emotional journal (情緒練習冊). By incorporating this set of emotional exercises into their daily routine, users can cultivate a deeper understanding of their emotions and develop greater self-awareness. They will be more able to identify and embrace their emotions by practicing the emotional exercises that support their emotional well-being and contribute to a more fulfilling life.
*Our Daily Emotion Practice collection features a scented candle produced in collaboration with the local Hong Kong brand @Le Musée Lumière (formerly @the Sweetest with Love), known for their exceptional craftsmanship.
*Our Emotions Journal draws inspiration from their booklet, "Gentle Practice Exercise Book" (溫柔練習冊) of the writer Taylor (不朽), while our Emotional Wheel is based on the theory and model of renowned psychologist Robert Plutchik.
